In 1999, after Fisher served seven years in prison, Nassau County District Attorney Denis Dillon consented to vacating Fisher's original plea bargain and a new plea was entered with a 3- to 10-year sentence, ensuring her immediate release on parole. Fisher is currently a porno star/stripper.
