Princess Sparkle Fang is the cutest werewolf anyone in Vollmond Castle has ever seen. So cute that it sometimes leads to trouble. Like when the princess bursts into song while cleaning the grime off all the castle windows. Werewolves are dark and moody creatures of the night. They don’t do cute, they don’t do cheerful, and they don’t do sparkling clean windows that let the sunshine in.

Loving rainbows and flowers more than cobwebs and gloom frequently makes Princess Sparkle Fang feel like she isn’t even a werewolf. But at least she feels loved by her family. That is, until one day the queen announces that her Great Aunt Zinnia is coming for a visit. Aunt Zinnia is an expert in all things werewolf and the castle must be perfect for her arrival. Everything needs to be dark, dank and dusty. Princess Sparkle Fang realizes that Aunt Zinnia is sure to notice her bright blue eyes, dazzling smile, and fluffy tail.

Convinced her parents don’t want her around, Princess Sparkle Fang decides to run away to explore the mysterious daytime world.
