Metamorphasis
Every now and then I experience what I like to call a little epiphany. It's one of those times when I disbelieve my own course in life and I say, "Wow, how did I get here?" I may look at my daughter Ondine and with perfect clarity realize that I am her mother. I say to myself, "This child is actually my child! I am her mother!" I look back at my life and realize it was only fifteen years ago that I tried to take my own life. I was lucky, I lived. With a good spiritual director and much of God's grace combined with the love of our Blessed Mother, I am to the point where I can sit down and write this book without fear or expectation. My travels have taken me to a centered relationship with Our Lord and his Mother in the sense that I remain rooted in my Catholic faith to this day. As you read the story of my journey, keep Our Lord and Our Lady at the forefront of your thoughts. Pray for our children by asking for grace to come into their hearts; ask for their guardian angel to watch over them, and for the Holy Spirit to gift them with continual wisdom.
